Each school year, as we enter a fresh set of classes, encounter a myriad of extraordinary individuals, and obtain new knowledge that we had yet to discover, we are essentially writing another chapter in the story that is our lives. As the chapters continue, we will uncover new strengths, talents, and opportunities, and will have to decide how we want to use them to better ourselves, and to better the world. As we are developing in a nurturing, Catholic environment, we must remember that turning to Christ will lead us to our full potential and help us make those difficult decisions. It is essential that we take advantage of the gifts we have been given and the education we are receiving, so that we may become the loving, diverse, talented people we wish to be by the end of this chapter. Most importantly, however, we must never stop dreaming, and always push ourselves to the limit, because it is then that we will find our story most fulfilling.
