Community Use of Schools is now accepting Permit Applications for 2013-2014 school year.
IMPORTANT NEWS: The 2013/2014 Grant Declaration is now posted - Please review new fees being charged under the MOE Grant.
Seasonal permits for the 2013-2014 year may begin the week of September 16th, 2013 and will end no later than the week of June 9, 2014. Weekend permits may begin September 21, 2013 and end no later than June 15, 2014.
New for 2013/2014 will be the ability to check the STATUS of your application online.
Once your application has been approved, you will be contacted for payment.

Please refer to the Community Use of Schools Calendar for dates available for permit.
Weekend permit holders should note the restricted availability during long weekends and weekends falling within the Christmas and March school breaks. If a special permit application is approved for these periods, MoE Grant rates will not apply.
Cancellation of any weekend use must be submitted in writing to the Permit Department two (2) weeks prior to the cancelled date. Failure to comply with the required cancellation notice will result in fees levied at the full rate, MoE Grant Rates will not apply.
Frequent non-use of permitted space will result in permit cancellation.
