Information Systems

Overview

The Information Systems Department provides numerous and varied services and support to Schools and Staff of the York Catholic District School Board with respect to Technology.Information Systems

We have developed a Strategic Plan (2008-2013) and are currently working on implementing it. Once implemented, the Information Systems Department will be better able to effectively support all Board initiatives related to Information Technology.

The Information Systems Department continues to strive for excellence, while providing cost-effective, innovative information management and technological solutions.  Our goal is to provide effective support to both the Academic and Business initiatives/strategies of the York Catholic District School Board. We will continue to provide a secure environment that maintains data integrity, ready access to system resources and delivery of information to our Catholic community.
