Help Change the Culture of Cyberbullying!

All York Catholic District School Board and York Region District School Board students and staff are invited to participate in the Change the Culture of Cyberbullying Video and Poster Contest. A prize of $1,500 will be awarded to the school or department with the winning submission.

The contest was launched at the successful #yeswewill Change the Culture of Cyberbullying launch that was held in late September, through a partnership between YCDSB, YRDSB and York Regional Police.

At the launch, this video was played which helped to inspire students to recognize the need for changing the culture of cyberbullying. Students also used the social media hashtag #yeswewill to demonstrate their commitment to this cause.

How do I enter the contest?


All videos and posters entered must contain the statement #yeswewill Change the Culture of Cyberbullying, and be creative, innovative and persuasive. Videos must be no longer than two minutes.

Entries from YCDSB students and staff should be submitted through your school office. to:
