Our Goals

      • To develop in students a sense of self-identity, motivation and self-discipline;
      • To provide academically stimulating university-destination curriculum;
      • To provide a rich cultural experience by scheduling students in organized curricular and co-curricular activities;
      • To provide a safe, organized environment with a focus on students’ well-being;
      • To foster interaction between students and the local Italian community, sharing the cultural and artistic riches of Italy;
      • To deliver curriculum so that each course taught has a cultural component.

Program

The YCCS Canadian Academy in Italy is a semester, co-educational high school which provides academically rigorous curriculum in a structured environment.

Students follow Ontario university-preparation curriculum. Courses include English, Social Science, Religion, and Italian.
