Blessed Scalabrini students featured in Water For Tomorrow Student Calendar

The Regional Municipality of York creates a Water for Tomorrow calendar each year, which features artwork by students who live in the region.

The 2017 calendar features 12 original drawings, created by students who were in Grade 7 during the 2015-2016 school year.  These students, now in Grade 8, offered their unique visions of water responsibility and how we must respect this valued resource.

Congratulations to Crisah C. and Jenny K., Grade 8 students at Blessed Scalabrini CES in Vaughan, who were selected as winners of the York Region’s Water For Tomorrow 2017 calendar contest.  Crisah and Jenny received a prize package and their illustrations appeared in the Water for Tomorrow 2017 calendar.
