On June 19th, graduation ceremonies for the 2019 Autism Behavior Science Graduate Program were held at the Board’s Catholic Education Centre in Aurora. Delivered in collaboration with George Brown College, the program is offered to Educational Assistants and Interveners currently working with YCDSB.
This year, a group of 11 outstanding professionals enhanced their existing learning and credentials, adding stronger ABA foundations to their skill set.
On hand to celebrate the achievements and commitment to service were YCDSB Superintendent of Education/Exceptional Learners, Mariane Fedrigoni, along with Student Services staff, family and friends. The evening’s honoured guest was Steve Ciric, Chair, Centre for Health Sciences at George Brown College who shared words of wisdom and gratitude.
