Please note that there is an annual fee payable to Bids & Tenders for this service or you may choose to purchase documents on an as required basis.

Bidders are responsible for checking for addenda 72 hours prior to the bid closing date and time. Any bid document submitted without the appropriate addenda will be rejected. In addition, any submission received by the YCDSB that has been altered and does not exactly match the original document will be rejected.
