Mrs. Brand’s grade 10 Technological Design class was challenged to design and make a working Rube Goldberg device that progressed through 8 different actions with the final action turning on the light switch.
Students had to design, iterate, re-design until their concept worked. What a great opportunity to build resilience and to achieve success by failing and trying again.

In preparation for the upcoming Ontario Secondary School Literacy Test (OSSLT) on Wednesday March, 27th, 2019, Cardinal Carter Catholic High School will be providing students with two support programs: “Literacy Support Days” and after school “Literacy Support”.
