News from The Vaughan Public Libraries

In mid-March Vaughan Public Libraries temporarily closed its branches in the interests of public health. While their physical locations are not currently open, they are still able to provide a vast array of resources to the public, and during this time VPL has extended their collection, borrowing limits and have added a wide range of online programming. Many of these items can supplement learning at home, or keep children of all ages entertained. Vaughan Public Libraries also offers materials and programming in both English and French.

VPL are able to offer FREE audiobooks, e-books, learning courses and more, all of which can be accessed at www.vaughanpl.info. Just click on the GET STARTED button in the middle of your screen on the aforementioned link, to see the services available, separated by age group. To borrow items from the library, you will need a library card, and if you do not have one, you can receive a temporary digital online by visiting www.vaughanpl.info/online_registration
