This August, SBA student Richard Yeh, won the Junior Piano Contract Award at the Boston Conservatory in Berklee College of Music. This award gives Richard a one year contract to perform with different orchestras and tour major cities in North America and China, and also record his own CD!
Richard was also invited by City of Markham Mayor Frank Scarpitti, as a special guest pianist to its annual Markham Performing Artist Award this year.
