This Christmas season, the Luke 4:18 Social Justice Committee will once again organize a school-wide initiative, benefitting a volunteer-run charity called “The Basketeers”. Thursday, November 14, 2019, is World Diabetes Day. JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) has prepared informative posters that will be displayed in our hallways to help raise awareness. SBN is encouraged to wear blue on World Diabetes Day, November 14 to show our support of those living with T1D.
Please remember that the Drop and Go is not intended for parking or stopping. This area is designated for drivers to pull in, unload safely, and drive through. Drivers who wish to leave their vehicles and accompany children to the playground or kindergarten pen are reminded to use on-street parking, where appropriate.
