St. Julia Grade 6 students brought in the Christmas spirit singing at the York Region Catholic School Board.
Healthy eating and nutrition are connected with mental health and well-being and promote academic success. The York Catholic District School Board supports the Ministry of Education’s Food and Beverage Policy and promotes healthy school nutrition environments.
Each school year students from across the province participate in EQAO testing. The results are then published and made public for all. Please find below a link to St. Julia’s EQAO Results for last school year.
Stewardship provides positive effects on Mental Health and Well-being. When we give of our time and talents to help others in need, we are doing God’s work. This act of generosity produces oxytocin in our brain causing feel-good endorphins.
