Get ready SMD for another exciting year of active living and healthy eating. We all know that being physically active and eating a healthy diet are essential to living our best lives. Here at SMD, we want to support good, nutritious food choices by providing our students with a healthy snack once per week. The snack program will begin mid October and will run through the end of May. Students will be offered a fresh fruit or vegetable or a healthy grain product. This will be an addition to the already delicious lunches and snacks brought in from home. We look forward to this experience for our students.
