Black Canadian Heroes Presentation and Drumming Workshop

In anticipation of Black History Month in February, we will be welcoming Mr. Babarinde Williams to St. Marguerite d’Youville on Wednesday, January 22 for a school assembly and drumming workshops. 

The assembly presentation entitled “Black Canadian Heroes” chronicles the lives and times of Canadians of African descent. Students at St. Marguerite d’Youville will have the opportunity to learn about:

This is a reminder that all York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) schools will be closed on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, due to the one-day strike by members of the Ontario English Catholic Teachers Association (OECTA). Kindergarten Registration for September 2020

St. Marguerite d’Youville C.E.S. offers Full Day Kindergarten for all of our Junior and Senior Kindergarten classes. This means the Junior and Senior Kindergarten Programs run every day, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This program is called the Full Day Kindergarten Program by the Ministry of Education. French Immersion Program Registration

All students interested in the French Immersion Program at St. Marguerite d’Youville must apply online by completing and submitting the YCDSB French Immersion online application form at www.ycdsb.ca by January 24, 2020.
