Shrove Tuesday

Once again this year, the Catholic Women’s League, together with the Knights of Columbus volunteers, will be making a pancake snack for the students and staff of St. Mary’s CES in order to commemorate Shrove Tuesday.  The volunteers will be flipping pancakes and will be serving the students all morning long, beginning with our youngest kindergarten students at 9:00. a.m.  A ... Friendship Liturgy

Please join us on Thursday, February 28th, 2019, as our Kindergarten students lead us through a short liturgical celebration of Friendship.  The liturgy will begin at 11:00 a.m. in the school gymnasium and will run for approximately 30 minutes.

Heart Health Awareness at St. Mary CES

February is Heart Health month, and through our collaboration with York Region Public Health, we are trying to raise awareness about this important initiative. Please see below for more information on how you can assist us in supporting this initiative.

Valentine’s Dance and Civvies Day

As part of our Valentine’s Day activities, the children will be invited to attend a Valentine’s  Dance in the gymnasium on February 14th, 2019.  Please note this is NOT A DANCE-A-THON.  It is a school dance.
