“New” Transcript Request Process – Effective Oct. 4, 2019
All past students requesting transcripts for the purpose of attending an Ontario College or University should be using the eTMS system (Electronic Transcript Management System). The $25.00 administration fee still applies, and is paid during that submission process.
Paper transcript request (for the purpose of employment, post secondary education outside of Ontario, personal use, etc) are still handled at the school level for students who have graduated within the past 5 years. Please go to the “Our School” tab on this website, click on the sub tab “Request a Transcript” and follow the instructions located there.
For students who graduated more than 5 years ago, please go to the Continuing Education Department to request: YCDSB TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM
