Reach for the Rim Festival – Dec. 11, 2019
On Wed. Dec. 11th, Mr. Savo with the Junior Girls’ Volleyball Team hosted the first ever SNAP’s Reach For The Rim Festival at St. Theresa of Lisieux. Students from different schools in York Region competed in a game of basketball. Our two MCs Daniela Valenzuela and Khushal Dillon did an incredible job making everyone feel welcome. Our school mascot was in attendance to cheer on all our participants. The day featured friendly competition among all our participants. New friendships were made and old ones were revived. The day began with an Olympic style ceremony and ended with the traditional dance off. We can not wait to have them all back next year! Congratulations to all participants!
