If you have experienced discrimination or harassment based on a prohibited ground under the Ontario Human Rights Code you can contact the Office of HEDI and/or make a complaint by completing the complaints form.
The Office of HEDI is open Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4 pm. and is located on the 3rd floor of the Catholic Education Centre.
