Our school board works closely with reputable and trusted agents to ensure a smooth and efficient application process for international students. These partnerships help us maintain high standards of service, provide accurate information, and support students throughout each stage of their application. 

By collaborating with experienced agents, we are able to offer personalized guidance and ensure that students meet all necessary requirements for a successful transition to our schools.

Are you an agent who is interested in working with YCDSB? 

Step 1: Review the Agent Information Flyer. Complete the Agent Profile Form, and submit it to internationaleducation@ycdsb.ca 

Step 2: IEP team will confirm references, and issue a Recruitment Service Provider Agreement (RSPA). Once the RSPA is signed, TrueNorth access is granted and agent can begin submission of applications. 

Note: Agents based within Canada must also submit a current business insurance policy, ensuring a $2 million general liability clause.
