In the month of October we celebrated the Catholic Virtue of Compassion. Throughout the month teachers and students explored lessons and stories of courage and attempted to model courage throughout the month. Stewardship provides positive effects on Mental Health and Well-being. When we give of our time and talents to help others in need, we are doing God’s work. This act of generosity produces oxytocin in our brain causing feel-good endorphins.
