Requesting a Transcript during Summer Break

REQUESTING A TRANSCRIPT:

If Graduation date is more than 5 years ago, students must request a transcript directly from YCDSB. (see YCDSB TRANSCRIPT REQUEST FORM).

If Graduation date is 5 years or less, until (and including) July 12, 2019, to order a transcript please call the Guidance Office at St. Augustine C.H.S. at 905-887-6185.
