Student artwork on display at the Aurora Cultural Centre

Artwork by Grade 12 Art students from St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic High School is on display as part of the 3rd Annual SMK Graduate Art Exhibition taking place at the Aurora Cultural Centre, from January 6-16, 2016.

The exhibition features artwork created in the students’ final year of high school, in both their visual arts and photography courses.

The official opening of the exhibition took place on January 6, 2016. It featured a reception with many of the student artists. For many of the students, this is the first time their artwork has been displayed in a formal setting, and as such this exhibition is a truly rewarding experience for the graduating class.

Congratulations to the student artists for all of the hard work and time they have devoted to their artwork!

The school encourages the entire community to visit the SMK Graduate Art Exhibition at the Aurora Cultural Centre, which is located at 22 Church Street in Aurora.
