Monday – Friday 11 AM to 11 PM
Weekends 8 AM to 11 PM

Not for Profit / Community Groups

The theatre rents for $130 per hour (4 hour minimum) for the use of the facility. That rate includes the Theatre Manager or designate and most standard theatre equipment. Some additional equipment is at extra cost. All additional labour is charged on a per use basis (4 hour minimum per call). A flat rate of $336 for cleaning is charged per day (Sundays are $448). Additional cleaning charges may apply due to the type of usage. Permit processing charges apply.

Additional Charges

  • Wireless microphones
    • 2 hand held included with rental
    • $10.00 per day or $30.00 per week for each additional transmitter
  • Piano tuning – $130.00
  • Orchestra pit opening and closing – $400.00
  • Dance floor rental (includes tape) – $180.00

Labour Rates

  • Theatre Manager or designate is included with all rentals
  • Technicians at $18.25 / hr (4 hr minimum)
  • Usher Captain at $16.00 / hr (4 hr minimum)
  • Ushers at $16.00 / hr (4 hr minimum)

Capital Investment Fund

All publicly attended events are charged a Capital Investment Fund fee of 10% of the full ticket price for each ticket sold, to a maximum of $1.50 per ticket, to a maximum of $480 per performance. All paid admission tickets are subject to this charge. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that complimentary tickets are properly marked. Ticket stubs counted at the end of each performance will be used to calculate this charge.
