St. Joseph the Worker CES welcomes Warrant Officer, Carmine Corrado

St. Joseph the Worker CES in Thornhill proudly marked Remembrance Day with a school-wide presentation that featured Warrant Officer, Carmine Corrado, and a black light presentation.

The school welcomed Warrant Officer, Carmine Corrado, who shared inspirational words about the importance of striving for peace, giving back to others, and remembering how lucky we are to live in a free country like Canada. Warrant Officer Corrado has worked with the Canadian Armed Forces for 29 years and is stationed in Kingston, Ontario. His son, Mario, is a Grade 5 student at the school.

The black light presentation organized by the school’s junior students, honoured Canadian values of peace and freedom.
