In the case of inclement weather, the Delegation Evening will be rescheduled to January 19th, 2017, at 6:30 p.m.

If required, a second Delegation Evening date of January 24, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. has been scheduled, in the event that there are more delegation applications than time allows on January 17, 2017.
Update: At the Delegation Evening held January 19, 2017 (inclement weather date) it was determined by the Board of Trustees, that a second delegation evening would not be required. All presentations were received by the Board on January 19, 2017.
