Important Dates – Maple

September 27, 2016 (8:00 pm) – Board Meeting

Catholic Education Centre (320 Bloomington Road West, Aurora)

Initial Staff Report (Report 1) submitted to Board of Trustees and shared with the public.

November 10, 2016 (6:30 pm) – Public Meeting

St. Joan of Arc CHS (1 St. Joan of Arc Avenue, Maple)

Review process, data and proposal. Community feedback summarized and considered.

December 6, 2016 (4:00 pm) – Deadline to submit feedback

Feedback to be included in Final Staff Report with Community Consultation (Report 2) must be received by 4:00 pm.

December 20, 2016 (8:00 pm) – Board Meeting

Catholic Education Centre (320 Bloomington Road West, Aurora)

Final Staff Report with Community Consultation (Report 2) is submitted to Trustees and shared with the public.

January 17, 2017 (6:30 pm) – Board Meeting / Public Delegations

Catholic Education Centre (320 Bloomington Road West, Aurora)

In the case of inclement weather, the Delegation Evening will be rescheduled to January 19th, 2017, at 6:30 p.m.

Delegations to the Board of Trustees.

If required, a second Delegation Evening date of January 24, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. has been scheduled, in the event that there are more delegation applications than time allows on January 17, 2017.

Update: At the Delegation Evening held January 19, 2017 (inclement weather date) it was determined by the Board of Trustees, that a second delegation evening would not be required. All presentations were received by the Board on January 19, 2017.

Thank you to all parents/guardians and community members who attended the Delegation Evening and shared their comments and feedback on the Maple Pupil Accommodation Review.

Final Staff Report with Public Delegations (Report 3) submitted to Board of Trustees and shared with the public. Board decision.
