York Catholic District School Board Pupil Accommodation Review

Public Delegations – South Woodbridge East

Parents and members of the wider school community will have an opportunity to provide feedback on the Final Staff Report with Community Consultation (Report 2) through public delegations to the Board of Trustees.

Public delegations represent the last opportunity for parents/guardians and community members to provide feedback to the Board on the South Woodbridge East Pupil Accommodation Review and the recommended accommodation option, before Trustees make a final decision.

South Woodbridge East public delegations are scheduled for:

September 13, 2016 (7:00 pm) – Board Meeting / Public Delegations

Catholic Education Centre (320 Bloomington Road West, Aurora)

Delegations to the Board of Trustees

Each individual/group is allowed a maximum of 5 minutes to present input to a Pupil Accommodation Review.

Members of the public who wish to make a public delegation related to the Maple Pupil Accommodation Review can submit an online Public Delegation Request Form to the Board in advance of the Board meeting when public delegations will be heard.

Community members can also request to give a public delegation on the night of the Board meeting by filling out a hard copy of the Public Delegation Request Form which will be available at the Catholic Education Centre before the meeting begins.

All input received from presenters will become the property of the Board and will be included in the Final Staff Report with Public Delegations Addendum (Report 3).
