YCDSB is inviting members of the school community, including students,parents/guardians, staff, and community organizations, to engage in consultations to help us better understand the students and communities we serve and to identify any potential gaps and/or barriers to student success, as per YCDSB’s Student Census.
The session(s) will focus on hearing directly from students, parents/guardians, staff,and community organizations with lived experiences from the following groups:

Participants will receive further details about their selected community consultation upon completion of registration.
The consultations will be held in person or virtually, as indicated above. During thesession, Student Census data will be shared with participants, and you will have the opportunity to engage in respectful discussions with others about student experiences and issues, as well as make recommendations for how these issues can be addressed. Participants are expected to comply with the YCDSB’s Policies 617 (Code of Conduct),223 (Bullying Prevention), and 119 (Electronic Communications & Social Media), as well asthe Ontario Human Rights Code, during the session.

We ask that you complete your registration at least two days prior to your selected community consultation date to facilitate in-person attendance.
