The York Catholic District School Board (YCDSB) is committed to providing a Catholic learning and working environment that is inclusive, equitable, and accessible for all members of its community. We strive to identify, remove, and prevent barriers to accessibility in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (IASR), O. Reg. 191/11.
Accessibility Feedback and Concerns
We welcome feedback on how we can improve accessibility in our schools, offices, and digital services. If you have concerns or feedback related to access to services, the following process will be followed:
- The Principal or Manager will first review and respond to your feedback or concern.
- If unresolved, the matter will be referred to the appropriate Superintendent or Senior Manager.
- If further review is required, the Superintendent overseeing Accessibility will assess the feedback or concern and ensure an appropriate response.
