Louisa Jewell, MAPP

Are your children feeling overwhelmed and stressed out? They’re not alone. Our kids face a more complicated world that could have a dramatic effect on their health and well-being. Why are we waiting until kids fall mentally ill before we do anything to boost their psychological well-being and resilience? Times have changed and resilience skills have become a critical skillset for success, well-being and happiness.

In this workshop, Louisa will introduce you to the topic of positive psychology and help you build the skills to support the six pillars of well-being for your child.
