Are your teens feeling overwhelmed and stressed out? They aren’t alone! Our
complicated world can have a dramatic effect on their well-being and their future.

There are skills that we can teach our teens to help them become resilient in
our challenging world.

In this presentation, Louisa will introduce the topic of positive psychology to
help build the six pillars of resilience for your teen.
