The Transition Planning Symposium is an exciting opportunity for the Student Services department to host students with disabilities, parents/guardians and educators as they preview a carousel of Community and Day Programs, Social Service Providers, Post-Secondary and Vocational Programs. Participants are encouraged to visit different booths and gather information to support the post-secondary transition.
Last year’s event saw over 200 people in attendance and 30+ participating organizations.
We look forward to continuing to host this impactful event supporting families and educators with meaningful tools and information for post-secondary transitions. We hope you can join us!
