The Director’s Office is pleased to share that the artwork by Isabelle A., Grade 6 student from Our Lady of the Rosary CES in Concord, ON was selected for this year’s Board Christmas card cover. Artwork by Ann L., Grade 8 student from Father Henri Nouwen CES in Richmond Hill, ON was selected for the inside of the card.

Their artwork was selected from hundreds of entries, all of which helped to spread Christmas cheer at our Board Office this Advent season as staff in the Director’s Office and our Board of Trustees enjoyed reviewing the submissions.
We sincerely thank all of the students who submitted their work as well as all of the school staff who helped promote and coordinate this initiative.
Each year, YCDSB requests artwork from students for its official Christmas card. Isabelle and Ann’s chosen artwork will be used on the official 2020 YCDSB Christmas Card which will be distributed by Trustees and the Director’s Office. The Christmas card will also be displayed online on the Board website and Twitter starting Thursday, December 10, 2020.
