A boundary review to determine the attendance boundary for the unnamed Queensville Catholic Elementary School

Date: Wednesday November 19^th

Time: Drop in anytime between 6:30 – 8:00 pm

Location: Good Shepherd CES – 19112 2^nd Concession, Holland Landing

Construction for the new unnamed Queensville Catholic elementary school commenced in July 2025 and is anticipated to open for September 2027.

The Local Boundary Review Committee (consisting of the school principals, school superintendent, the local Trustee, Planning Services staff and Student Transportation Services staff) is hosting a Public Information Session for students and families within the boundary study area.

The Public Information session is on Wednesday November 19 from 6:30 – 8:00 pm at Good Shepherd CES – (19112 2^nd Concession, Holland Landing).

Queensville Boundary Review – Public Information Session

Objective: To determine an appropriate school attendance boundary for the new Queensville catholic elementary school; and

To determine the Secondary School Feeder alignment

Public Information Session

The Public Information Session is designed to facilitate the exchange of ideas and information about the boundary study. The meeting will take the form of a “drop-in” open house session, and you are welcome to arrive at any time. There will be a number of kiosks displaying relevant information and various options for review and consideration. Board staff will be on hand to speak with you and to answer any questions you may have.

We are interested in hearing any questions, comments or concerns you may have about the process and proposed boundary change. An online submission form for submitting feedback will open after the meeting.  Comments collected will help staff develop recommendations to present to the Board of Trustees for approval.

Board staff is targeting the December 16, 2025 Board Meeting to present final recommendations.
